There are three names that are Watford FC, Graham Taylor, Elton John and Luther Blissett.
I have been privileged to know all three true WFC Legends.

We was all part of a team that was a one and if not the most successful team ever. Luther played a BIG PART in that. He helped us young uns and there were quite a few ( me, Kenny, Barnsley, Steve Terry, Gary Porter etc) with his experience.
Me and Barnsey were like the bullets for his gun, and when he fired they normally went in.
The other thing about Luther that doesn't get mentioned was his strength. So called hard men centre backs used to bounce off him, not one of them used to look forward to playing against him. Centre backs these days would be crying if they came up against him.

Can I also ask you to take time to remember those who won't have their love one's around their festive table this year and in particular to take time to share a pray for Rita and the Family and Friends of Graham Taylor.
Watford is not just a Football Club but a family and we will all be all thinking of those in our close-knit community who are missing their love ones this Christmas.
